With so many options and advice on the internet, it can be hard to choose the right personal trainer. Fortunately, Emily is just the right fit!


After suffering from a back injury, I wanted to work out in a way that was safe and would help prevent future injury. Emily developed a plan that allowed me to feel successful and strong. She met me at my comfort level, but also was encouraging enough to make me push myself.


Emily helped me fall back in love with lifting weights and working out. She is knowledgeable and professional. I recommend her to people of all fitness and comfort levels!



I started working out with Emily seven weeks after my c-section. She tailors every exercise to my recovering body. Emily is very conscious of giving me time to heal but also encourages me when she notices my strength and endurance increasing. When she notices an improvement, we’ll alter the exercise a bit in order to make sure it’s still challenging. 

I’m such a fan of Emily and love working out with her. Our sessions are fun, I feel I’m in safe hands
and the time flies by!


I was a competitive athlete but had some injuries that hold me back which made me insecure about going to the gym and not being able to do the exercises due to limitations. I like how Emily makes me feel safe at my pace and finds workarounds to still be able to workout the muscles and motions I have limitations with.
